Acceptance of Terms

OnPhonesTogether is an online gaming service operated by LeptonWorks LLC. These terms apply to onphonestogether.com and its game subdomains, including Aligned (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use it.

Description of Service

We provide free, general-audience multiplayer games for friends and families. Games, scores, and awards are for entertainment, not assessments or advice about you or your relationships.

User Conduct

You agree to:

• Choose a player name you are comfortable sharing. A nickname is fine; a real or full name is not required.
• Not disrupt or interfere with the Service
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Not use the Service for any illegal or harmful purpose
• Not harass other players, impersonate someone to deceive them, or submit unlawful or harmful content

Intellectual Property

The Service's software and original content belong to LeptonWorks LLC or their respective owners. You may use the Service to play games. References to other people's products, names, or trademarks do not imply affiliation or endorsement.

You retain any rights you have in what you submit. You allow us to store, process, and display your submissions as needed to operate the games and provide their results, as described in our Privacy Policy. This is not permission to use your submissions for unrelated purposes.

Privacy and Data Use

Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and how to contact us about it. Other players can see your chosen name and the game information revealed during play.

Disclaimers

We work to keep the games running, but the Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties to the extent permitted by law. Errors, interruptions, and lost in-progress games can happen. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or the behavior of other players.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, LeptonWorks LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or limits rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Termination

We may restrict access to address misuse, violations of these terms, or security and operational problems. We may change or discontinue games or the Service.

Modifications

We may update these terms by posting a revised version and date. We will provide additional notice where required. If you do not agree to revised terms, stop using the Service.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by Texas law, except where applicable law requires otherwise. This does not remove mandatory protections that apply where you live.

Entire Agreement

These Terms and our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service.
